Dorez Douglas is a seasoned Film/TV Producer & Hollywood Insider. She is also Chief Principal Officer at UThinkIndigo, a Global Think Tank. Her business partner is two-time Academy Award winner Willie D. Burton, who recently worked on "Oppenheimer." After 30+ years working with legendary actors such as Diahann Carroll, James Avery and Paul Winfield, Douglas has mentored a number of creatives in the industry and currently offers her services as a Consultant.

Her producing partner, Willie Burton, was the Sound Mixer for "The Shawshank Redemption" and "The Color Purple" among others. He is a member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). He also serves as a member of Netflix's Minority Diversity Committee. Douglas and Burton recently Co-produced the short film, "Voices," starring Lamman Rucker, star of the OWN hit show, "Greenleaf."
